Description
From Farm to Jar
Beth’s Farm Kitchen was founded in 1981 by Beth Linskey, whose timeless recipes remain customer favorites today. In 2016, farmers Jodie Emmett and Guillermo Maciel took the helm, driven by their passion for small-scale agriculture and their belief in the power of good food to connect people.
As farmers themselves, Jodie and Guillermo bring a deep respect for the land and the people who grow our food. Their vision? To expand BFK’s legacy—continuing to source from local farms while growing their own ingredients and introducing a new line of farmstead dairy products from their flock of sheep.
HANDCRAFTED WITH CARE, MADE TO BE SHARED
We take pride in doing things the right way, using time-honored techniques to capture peak-season flavor. Every batch is made by hand, with simple, high-quality ingredients and no shortcuts. It’s how we ensure that every spoonful delivers the taste of fresh fruit, sunshine, and a bit of Hudson Valley magic.
