Cooking up a Fire Storm
When I first started in business for myself, I would walk into a tavern or bar and say to the bartender, "Hey, my Grimmstone Hot salt will make your customers drink more beer. All you have to do is rim the glass with my salt." I'd show them the photo of me setting the salt on fire - fusing capsaicin of three of the hottest peppers around to sea salt.
Then they started using it on burgers, baked potatoes, popcorn, & rimming Bloody Marys & Gimmstone Jala- Lime Sea Salt was born, our first unique product.
Grimm was born from the coming together of two passionate hot sauce enthusiasts with the idea of marrying the world's three hottest peppers with locally farmed produce and culinary ingredients sourced from around the globe, to create unique flavor combinations. Antonio & Melynda moved to Galveston in 2022 and were immediately inspired
